OUR COMPANY AND IT'S CAPABILITIES

Melco Steel, Inc. was founded in 1971 by a group of experienced pressure vessel designers and fabricators and has since designed and fabricated thousands of custom ASME Section VIII, Division 1 code pressure vessels and Harris Quick Opening Doors. Melco Steel, Inc. is a California corporation and a small business concern located on 5 acres in Azusa, California. Our location in Southern California gives us easy access to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach making ocean transportation convenient. Truck and rail transportation are also available. We are now also certified to the more stringent Division 2 requirements as well!

Within our 25,000 square foot fabrication facility we have the ability to construct pressure vessels up to 18 feet in diameter and up to 200 feet in length. Larger vessels may be fabricated on site. Pressures to 3,000 psi and temperatures to 1,500°F are available. Typical materials of construction are carbon steel, stainless steel and various overlays.

During our years of business we have had the privilege of serving not only other pressure vessel manufacturers and OEM’s, but end users as well.
