We are expert in the custom design of ASME Section VIII, Division 1and Division 2 pressure vessels and autoclave systems. Utilizing state of the art computer design techniques our staff is able to provide engineering and design services not only to support our in house fabrication, but also for use by other fabricators.

Field engineering is available from Melco Steel, Inc. and can provide inspection, evaluation and analysis of existing process equipment and is always used to support installation and training for new systems.

CONTROLS

Our turnkey capabilities allow us to build autoclave and other process equipment to meet your strict requirements. For support and control we have the technical abilities to develop and provide custom process control systems. From simple and economical microprocessor based control systems to sophisticated network compatible computer based control systems we provide reliable and flexible controls configured and best suited for your specific application.

SUPPORT EQUIPMENT

Process controls typically provided with our autoclave systems include: valves, piping, pumps and related safety equipment. Cooling systems including towers, pumps, steam separators and storage tanks are designed and built to match the performance requirements of our autoclaves. Vacuum systems, lift tables, carts and other industrial grade equipment can also be provided
